Finished with crisp chorizo + focaccia bread

Smooth smoked salmon, dill + caper berry pate pot. served with herb salad + toasted wholemeal baguette 

Box-baked Camembert (to share)

Slow baked in its box + topped with honey + rosemary. Finished with toasted focaccia + celery sticks (V)

Peanut stuffed belly pork
Slow-cooked served on caramelised shallot mashed potato + green beans.
 Finished with a peanut sauce

Crispy pan-fried seabass
Served on mixed leaves + sliced mango + sweetcorn + pumpkin seed finished with sweet raspberry dressing + corn Tortilla shards (GF)

Chicken + ham hock + wild mushroom pie
Encased in golden shortcrust with a puff pastry lid, Served with shallot mashed potato + green beans

Roasted Sweet red pepper
Stuffed with roasted vegetables + fragrant rice + topped with crumbled goats cheese + finished with balsamic dressing (V+gf)   

Coconut panna cotta
Finished with passion fruit syrup + pineapple flowers (v+gf)

Apple + cinnamon dumplings
Coated in cinnamon sugar finished with warm caramel sauce + vanilla bean ice cream (v)

Rich chocolate + pistachio tort
Finished with edible gold dust + vanilla cream (v)
